WONG Wai-kay, Ricky
Co-founder and Chairman, Hong Kong Television Network Limited
In 1992, Mr. Wong set up City Telecom and be the first to provide alternative IDD service with call-back technology in Hong Kong. In 1999, he set up Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (HKBN), providing 100Mbps to 1Gbps broadband, telephony, IP-TV services on its fibre network.
In 2010, he was voted amongst the top 100 most influential people in the industry in the world, hosted by The Global Telecoms Business Magazine. He is also the winner of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2010 China Awards, Telecom category.
Stepping into the third decade, Mr. Wong leads the Group to march towards a new battlefield: Free TN & Multimedia business. The Group is building its 500,000 sq. ft. TV & Multimedia Production Centre at Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate as well as producing high quality drama, variety & infotainment programs in full gear.

Erwin Huang

HUANG Erwin is a serial entrepreneur and a leader in social enterprise the eLearning field. He has extensive experience running from startups to public companies and social enterprise.
Erwin is the founding CEO of Weborganic. Its mission is to delivering Hope, through providing Low cost PC’s, Networks to poor families.
Mr. Huang has been a pioneer of Social Entrepreneurship since the 90’s. He is a founder for the SCHSA, commonly known as Safety Bell for Seniors to serve the senior community.
Erwin is also an experienced entrepreneur; building multiple IT, Mobile and Internet companies in Hong Kong, Tokyo, London and the Silicon Valley. He holds two US patents in Digital Communication technologies.
